Sonoma County Tour

Departure is from San Francisco airport on Thursday morning. We cross the Golden Gate bridge and drive north to the Sonoma Valley where we will be immersed in the food and wines of Sonoma for four days. Enjoy a glass of wine in our executive mini coach as you meet your fellow travelers.

The first stop on our wonderful weekend of food and wine is Viansa winery, where we will have a private tour ending with a wine and food pairing lunch. It is then off to Gloria Ferrer and a sparkling wine tasting on their wind swept terrace. Day one ends with a private dinner (with matching wines, of course) at the hotel.

Days 2 and 3 continue with a Continental breakfast at the hotel each morning. You will visit Rodney Strong for a tour of the winery with a tasting, then go next door to J winery and enjoy the delicious small appetizers paired with each wine. Visit the outstanding gardens at Ferrari-Carano; the spectacular views from the hilltop at Lake Sonoma. Each day we will have lunch and gourmet dinners at one of Sonoma's top restaurants or winery.
