Eligibility:

All Wine Get-Aways clients must be 21 years of age. Proof of age may be required.

What is Included:

All hotel accommodations including taxes, all meals (wines chosen by Wine Get-Aways for lunch and dinner) and ground transportation for all scheduled events. Pick-up and drop-off at the designated airport and baggage transport.

What is NOT Included:

All airfare and airport taxes; any expenses not specified in the itinerary, such as telephone calls, laundry, personal items and purchases. Personally ordered food and/or drink, even if consumed in place of items provided by Wine Get-Aways. Tour cancellation insurance is not included, however, it is highly recommended.

Prices:

Prices are current at time of printing and are as accurate as possible; however, they are subject to change. If prices increase by over 10% you have the right to cancel with a full refund. Prices are per person, double occupancy, a single supplement will be charged for a private room.

Payments:

Acceptable forms of payment are personal checks, Visa or Mastercard. A deposit of $500.00 per person is required. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If payment is not received 60 days prior to departure your space on the tour will be canceled and you will be assessed a cancellation fee.

Cancellations:

If written cancellation notice is given prior to 90 days before departure there will be a cancellation fee of $100.00 per person; 90 to 61 days the cancellation fee will be 25% of the cost of the trip; 60 to 30 days the cancellation fee will be 50% of the cost of the trip. If written cancellation notice is given less than 30 days prior to the departure 100% of the tour price is forfeited.

Wine Get-Aways reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time for any reason. If this happens we will attempt to notify you at least 60 days prior to departure. If this occurs all deposits and tour prices paid will be refunded in full.
