Brian Berg – Vice President

Brian J. Berg joined MK Communications in 1998 after serving as public information officer for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County from 1992 – 1998. While at the County, Brian administered and coordinated integrated marketing campaigns for year-round education and recreation programs that attracted more than 40 million visitors annually.

Prior to a career in public affairs, Brian was a marketing and advertising executive for one of the home furnishings industry's largest manufacturers. He was the Assistant GOTV for Clinton/Gore in 1992 and field director during the 1994 Illinois gubernatorial and 1996 5th District Congressional elections. Brian was a candidate for 10th District Cook County Commissioner in 1998 and will receive his Masters of Science degree in Public Service Management/Administration from DePaul University in 2002. He is a 1981 graduate of Kenyon College, Gambier, Ohio.
