Julia DiGangi, Research

Originally thinking she would be a journalist, Julia's experience as an intern in the White House Press Office altered her future plans. After her summer at the White House, she returned to the University of Iowa to found and direct the UI Students for Gore and serve as field staff in the Iowa caucuses. After graduating in May 2000, Julia went to Michigan where she worked as the Deputy Communications Director for the Coordinated Campaign.

At Axelrod & Associates, Julia is responsible for many of the firm's research operations. In addition to research, Julia is fluent in Spanish and assists in Spanish production, translation and correspondence.
